Gymnastics Classes
Our beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes are recommended for children aged five and older. These classes are grouped closely in age and ability to ensure efficient learning. Classes are centered on either women's or men's Olympic events. All classes focus on proper form, skill progression, and technique. Our gymnastics curriculum for these programs follows the progressions promoted by USA Gymnastics.
Mom & Tot
This program is designed for children ages
18 months +. A coach instructs the parents on how to help your child learn the basics of gymnastics while also learning the basics of gymnastics themselves. Parents are fully hands on with their child. This class helps children with the development of gross motor skills.
Pre-School Classes
This program is designed for children ages 2 - 4 years. Here, we focus on strengthening basic skills and building body awareness, while still focusing on all of the Olympic events. The children also run through a series of activities designed to stimulate, educate, and improve socialization. These classes are co-ed and also meet one time per week for 45 minutes. 6 students per instructor.
